Have you ever had a bad day or just not feeling happy during the winter time? Well it isn't really you but more on the lack of sunlight. The disorder is called SAD (Seasonal Affective Disorder) It has been proven that people have a negative affect when it comes to the lack of sunlight. To prevent this disorder or to deal with it, is to be in the sun or lights that send off a natural light. Many Schools and classroom don't have enough windows that doesn't allow natural sunlight. Not having sunlight will make the person feel lazy, tired, depressed, and just not focused. Has there ever been a time that you have felt this way during the winter time? Also during the summer time do you have a lot of energy and feel happy?

Besides light, color affects the mood of people, in this case students. Different colors give off a different emotion and vibe to people. Check out this site which color may help you focus. Agree or disagree?
